Heavy soiling, pet hair, stains and unusually large or time-intensive vehicles may require extra work. Any additional cost is agreed with you before booking.

How long does it take?
The time depends on your car’s size, its condition and any additional cleaning. Tell us about your car and we will confirm the expected visit length with your quote.
Do I need to be there?
You can carry on with your day while we work. We agree parking, access and key handover before the visit.

Let us know when you enquire so we can agree whether an unattended visit is practical and how to contact you during the clean.
Why waterless?
A purpose-made cleaning product loosens and lubricates surface dirt so it can be lifted with clean microfibre cloths, without a hose wash.
We assess the condition of the paintwork and use a method suited to the dirt present. The right product and clean cloths help protect the finish. Heavy mud or grit may need a different approach.
Wheel-arch pressure washing and undercarriage cleaning are not included.
When your car needs more
For heavy dirt, embedded pet hair, stains or an interior needing extra time, share a few photos when you enquire. We will explain what is needed and agree the price with you before booking.
At home or while you work
A visit needs a suitable, permitted place to work. We confirm parking, access and key handover arrangements with you. The exterior service uses a waterless method; any other practical requirements are agreed in advance.
